We
offer the lowest daily rate for SFO parking. Our regular daily rate is $11 +tax. Our member rate is $9.99 a day +tax. Please see Rates

Where do I go to have the shuttle bus pick me up once I parked my car?
We
do not have designated shuttle stops. Rather we pick you up from the trunk of
your vehicle. This way, you would not have to worry about dragging your luggage
and other personal belongings to the shuttle stops. Our professional shuttle drivers
will also assist you in loading your baggage onto the luggage rack inside our

Where will the shuttle bus drop me off at the airport?
The airport
has designated parking shuttle stops at each of the three terminals. Depending
on the airline that you are flying with, our shuttle bus will take you to the
closest designated parking shuttle stop. The designated parking shuttle stops
are all located at the upper departure level, center island, blue and white painted
curbs, and literarily steps away from the airline ticket counters. Go

How do I get back to SMA Airport Parking when I return from my trip?
Our shuttle
drivers will pick you up at the designated parking shuttle stops where you were
dropped off located at the upper departure level, center island, blue and white
painted curbs. We strongly recommend that you call us via our toll free number
after you pick up your luggage and before proceeding to the upper departure level
for speedier service. This way, our shuttle drivers will know to wait for you
at the terminal stop when possible until you arrive rather to have you wait for
the subsequent buses. Also, from time to time especially during midnight hours,
the airport may establish temporary designated stops due to airport construction.
During such time, we are required to pick you up from the arrival level instead
when construction takes place at the departure level. By calling us after you
pick up your baggage, our dispatcher will be able to communicate any changes to
the normal shuttle stops if any thereby avoiding having you to wait at the wrong
location for pick up. Our toll free number and pick up instruction will be provided
to you by our driver when you are dropped off at the airport. When you need to
call us, you do not need to look for the white courtesy phones, simply use any
of the pay phone conveniently located everywhere at the airport to call us at
no charge to you. Go

How long can I leave my vehicle at your parking facility?
You can
leave your vehicle as long as you wish. However, if you plan to leave your vehicle
for more than 30 days, you will need to make arrangement with us in advance, so
we would not need to report as possible stolen or abandoned vehicle to the proper

Can you accommodate vans, trucks, oversized vehicles?
Yes.
And our height clearance allows any types of vehicles to enter and exit easily.

Is your bus wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
SMA airport parking acquired a brand new fleet of shuttle buses in February of
2002 which includes one bus specifically equipped for wheelchair accessibility.
Upon entering our facility or call for pick up from the airport, please advise
our dispatcher, so we can be sure to pick you up with the wheelchair accessible
shuttle bus. Go

Do you accept checks or credit cards?
We
accept traveler checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Unfortunately,
we do not accept personal checks. And yes, we accept cash! Go

What are the advantages of using your services versus that of a door-to-door airport
shuttle services?
The
door-to-door airport shuttle services charge based on the number of passengers.
At our facility, you can drive in with a 15 passenger van and will still be charged
based on one vehicle whether you have one passenger or 15 passengers. When using
our services, you are at the comfort of your own vehicle most of the way and in
control of your time. During the short ride to and from our facility and the airport,
we do not stop to for other passengers along the way, and we will only make one
stop at each of the terminals once we are at the airport. We know you are either
in a rush to the airport or anxious to return to your vehicle when you are back
from your trip. Our job is to take you to or bring you back promptly and painlessly.

Are there discounts offered to travel agents?
Yes.
By registering with our Travel
Agent Program, you will be eligible for 8.00 a day +tax.
This program will offer your customers discount coupons. At the same time, you

How can I join your Frequent Parker Program?
You
can join our Frequent Parker Program online at our free
membership page. You will receive your membership card within
7 days by email confirming the benefits of our program. Or, you can sign up
upon exit during your first visit with us and still receive all of the member
benefits. The membership card will be mail to you subsequent to your first visit
with us.

Can I get my car washed?
- Yes. We have a frequent parker spotless wash for $6.00. Tell your driver if you need a wash.
20. Do you have Senior Discounts?
Yes. You must show ID and be 60 or older. With ID you are eligible for 8.00 a day +tax.
